SULPHIDE CONCENTRATE RECOVERY PROJECT Consultant - JET-ROM ENGINEERING LTD.

ASANTE GOLD BIBIANI LTD

MODU Engineering is executing the Sulphide Concentrate Recovery Project for Asante Gold Bibiani Ltd, with consultancy support from Jet-ROM Engineering Ltd. This project aims to improve gold recovery rates from 65% to 92% by implementing an effective processing system for sulphide ore at a target processing rate of 4.0 Mtpa. The scope includes designing and installing a flotation circuit for sulphide concentrate generation, fine grind milling for concentrate handling, and pre-leach and Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) systems with pumpcell mechanisms for intensive cyanidation, leaching, and adsorption of gold. Additionally, a pre-feasibility study has been conducted to deliver Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings and capital cost estimates (Capex) for project implementatio of the Sulphide Concentrate Recovery Project.

MODU Engineering is currently executing the Process Plant Elution Cladding and Roofing Replacement project for Newmont Ghana - Golden Ridge, Akyem. This critical project involves the design, supply, and installation of new cladding and roofing systems for the elution section of the gold processing plant. The project aims to replace the existing deteriorated cladding and roofing, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Our team of experts is working closely with Newmont Ghana to deliver a tailored solution, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
